MBA Financial Aid FAQ

Q1. Can I use Veterans Affairs (GI-Bill) benefits at JPCatholic?

A1. Yes. JPCatholic is approved by the California State Approving Agency to enroll veterans and other eligible persons as of July 2014. Eligible students in our Undergraduate, MBA, and MA programs that are taking their courses on campus can now receive their benefits at JPCatholic. Online, Certificate, independent study, and internship courses are not eligible at this time. If you have any questions, please email the Financial Aid Office.

Q2. What are my options besides private loans?

A2. MBA students may apply for institutional aid; they are also encouraged to find part time employment. Unsubsidized Federal aid and private loans are also a viable option for most students to close the financing gap.

Q3. Do I have to include my parents financial information on the Application for Financial Assistance? They are not going to pay for any of my school.

A3. If you have not been living at home or receiving any support from them in the past year, you do not need to provide that information.
