Orientation 2022
September 26, 2022
Last weekend, JPCatholic welcomed 113 new freshman and transfer students to campus for Orientation. Combined with students who began in Winter, Spring, and Summer, a total of 126 students joined the University this year. A record 10% of the incoming class this fall are siblings of current students or alumni.
Commuter students represent approximately 18% of this year’s class, and 48% of students come from outside of California. The new cohort comes from 31 different states, plus several from abroad.
“I am very excited to welcome this new cohort of students to campus and to begin their formation in preparation of their readiness to Impact Culture for Christ upon graduation,” said President Derry Connolly. “I am thrilled that 10% of the incoming class are siblings of previous JPCatholic students. It is a strong testimony to the quality of our education process.”
