Alumna Voices Pro-Life Perspective on Popular YouTube Series

July 29, 2019

JPCatholic alumna and pro-life activist Timmerie (Millington) Geagea '14 was featured last week on the popular web series “Middle Ground” as a representative for the pro-life perspective. Along with two other pro-life representatives, Geagea met with three pro-choice advocates for an unscripted discussion in response to various questions pertaining to the issue of abortion. “Middle Ground,” a production of digital network Jubilee Media, hosts and records dialogues between young adults of conflicting beliefs on various issues. The show has proven to be quite popular, and this episode already has over half a million views.

Geagea was approached directly by the show’s producers to make an appearance, likely because of the extensive online presence she has developed as a pro-life advocate. In addition to hosting a podcast and nationally-syndicated radio show that examines issues such as culture, sexuality and feminism from a Catholic perspective, she makes frequent speaking engagements and has coordinated PR and social media for a variety of pro-life organizations. Her podcast can be found at www.radiotrending.com and her appearance on “Middle Ground” here.
