Students received a “client briefing” from the professor to create graphics for a fictional social media ad campaign, using the company’s logo and abiding by their brand guidelines:
“My fictional company, Woodsy Nature, is an outdoor recreation store that operates 100% online. I am hoping to gain new customers by placing ads on Instagram. My current customers are ages 35-55, but I want to try to attract a younger audience that might start doing outdoor recreation now with the quarantines. Please create for me 3 different, but cohesive, Instagram ads. You must use my logo in all of them. I have attached my logo and brand colors for your use.”
