Visit WebsiteSt. Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Church
St. Augustine of Canterbury is a Roman Catholic community of the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of St. Peter serving San Diego County, California. The Ordinariate was created by Pope Benedict XVI for people nurtured in the Anglican tradition who wish to become Catholic. It is equivalent to a diocese, but spans a wider geographic area; it is based in Houston and has more than 40 parishes and communities throughout the U.S.A. and Canada.
Our theology professor Fr. Sam Keyes is part of the St. Augustine of Canterbury community. The Mass is offered according to Divine Worship: The Missal, the Ordinariate Form of the Roman/Latin Rite.
