What does it take to be a successful, published author? How does JPCatholic's creative writing program prepare students to make an impact through their storytelling? In this video, Prof. Megan Eccles shares her insights on these questions, and how her classes at JPCatholic empower students to develop their unique voice as a writer. In the Genre Fiction class, students get to choose from genres like sci-fi, fantasy, horror, YA, mystery and crime, honing their skills in a particular area. In the Marketing and Publishing class, students take a look at the publishing industry and strategies on creating marketable products as an author.
