Our largest and most critical ongoing financial need is funding for institutional financial aid, which most students require. $39M in institutional financial aid has been awarded since 2006. We anticipate needing to raise $1.2M in scholarship funds this fiscal year.

Founders' Fund

This fund provides emergency aid for talented and mission aligned students. It helps keep current students with emergencies enrolled and helps us attract new students who have significant financial needs and can’t choose JPCatholic without additional financial support.

Zero Tuition Scholarship Fund

This life-changing scholarship opportunity enables low income students in the state of California to receive a Catholic college education. If the student qualifies for Cal Grant-A (has a minimum GPA of 3.0, and has income and assets under a defined level), JPCatholic will cover the rest of their tuition cost beyond their state and federal grants.

Inspired by our patron Saint John Paul the Great, who was himself a theater performer, this merit scholarship allows us to attract top-level talent into our acting program.
