Zero Tuition Scholarship

This life-changing scholarship opportunity enables low income students in the state of California to receive a Catholic college education. If the student qualifies for Cal Grant-A (has a minimum GPA of 3.0, and has income and assets under a defined level), JPCatholic will cover the rest of their tuition cost beyond their state and federal grants.
Annual Funding Need: $100,000

For many California students, a college education can seem out of reach. With this generous scholarship program, JPCatholic is making a private Catholic education a reality for many underprivileged students in our community. JPCatholic helps these students identify the grant aid they can receive from the FAFSA and Cal Grant-A, and then fills the remaining gap with a generous scholarship award that leaves zero tuition balance.
In fact, U.S. News and World Report has continuously recognized JPCatholic as a Top Performer in Social Mobility for enrolling and graduating large proportions of disadvantaged students.
Zero Tuition

The Zero Tuition Scholarship is truly a life changing opportunity for students

They benefit not only from JPCatholic’s quality academics, but also from the supportive Catholic environment and spiritual formation they simply would not find at a community college. It can completely change the trajectory of their lives.
